Where does Paw Super ship from?
We have warehouses in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, and we will decide the shipping warehouse based on the storage capacity.
How long does it take to ship goods?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed (exceptions applied). Purchases shipped worldwide will arrive 10-40 business days after the order date though this may still vary, depending on the availability of the courier provider and location.
Keep in mind that we ship items as soon as they’re available. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods.
The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.
The customs value is made up of: the price paid for the goods, the insurance cost and the shipping cost.
Shipping and custom fees will be calculated at checkout.
If an International shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, shipping charges, costs of returning the package as well as the original purchase price incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.
