Paw Super supports 7 days no-reason return.

Paw Super always adheres to the principle of product first and customer first. We support your policy of no-reason return within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Non-quality issues:  If you change your mind about an order, you can contact us via email: Pawsuper@protonmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the package. We will process your request within 48 hours. However, please note: We do not bear the shipping costs for orders that change your mind, and please ensure that the goods are neat and the packaging is intact.

Quality issues:  Please check the product quality within 72 hours of receiving the package. If there are any quality issues, please send an email to Pawsuper@protonmail.com and we will handle your issue within 48 hours. For quality issues, we will bear the shipping costs. You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items.

Return Process

1:If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer service:Pawsuper@protonmail.com.

2:To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process: 1: Please send the order number and quality issues (via pictures or videos) to customer service.
2.1: Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.
3.1: Once customer service successfully verifies, we will refund you immediately after you provide the return order number and check the return. You may receive your refund within 1-7 working days.

3:Can I change the size or style?

If the order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately by email or website customer service, we will agree to your request. If the goods have been shipped, we will not be able to accept your application.

4: We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or have had their labels removed;

Products with obvious pet hair

Customized or personalized products (such as engraving, special size customization, etc.);

Products that have exceeded the refund application period.
