Paw Super is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances. In the event that a wrong or incomplete shipping information is provided, customer will be liable for all additional shipping fees incurred.
Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at Pawsuper@protonmail.com within one (1) hour of your order placement.
Paw Super is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

We process all orders within 3-7 business days excluding holidays and weekends.
All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in either Singapore, Hong Kong or China, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Packages may take longer to arrive during holiday busy season depending on local postal office capacity.
Keep in mind that we ship items as soon as they’re available. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.
